We reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. By using ClipNotes during the open access ClipNotes beta, you grant ClipNotes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use that Content (including to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform it) in connection with the Service and ClipNote’s (and its successors' and Affiliates') business, including for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.

Liability

Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, products generated by ClipNotes.io do not guarantee publication on third-party platforms, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
